Iris Gebing

I am passionate about guiding people and companies in times of reorientation and change, both in my work as coach and as organisational consultant. I enjoy working with clients in sharpening their profile, recognising their potential and seizing new opportunities.

My work is based on systemic approaches and methods and on my keen interest in people and interpersonal relationships. I have an open and upbeat personality which enables me to create an effortless and energetic atmosphere during coaching sessions. This provides space for reflection and insights and helps my clients gain confidence to accept and rise to their challenges. I have found that understanding oneself is one of the most powerful tools in personal and professional development.
