Franziska Anders
Franziska Anders works with people in companies undergoing change due to growth, acceleration and innovation. As a coach and consultant she specialises in the development of (future) leadership personalities who can shoulder and master the digital and everyday challenges of our times. She trusts in her keen sense of observation and is convinced that the right question will open more doors than any answer. Franziska is a certified expert for personality and skills analyses.
Franziska Anders
I coach people who want to take on a new or different professional role. Clients may want to take a closer look at their current position, reflect their values and needs in leadership or prepare to change industries. I have a background in humanities paired with a solid business perspective. In recent years I have taken a very close look at how the job market and market needs have evolved. This includes key skills needed for the future, ways in which we collaborate with colleagues and teams as well as overall talent management. Here is what I learned: the changes our society is undergoing and the current circumstances call for a new way of thinking.
As a coach and consultant I have developed a passion for conversations with lightness and depth, unbiased and without reserve. I guide my clients on their paths to more autonomy with curiosity and positive regard and I am particularly interested in the topics that emerge at second glance. Throughout this process I have found external impulses can work (small) wonders.

Astrid van der Merwe is a coach, organisational consultant and trainer based in Berlin. She guides leaders, teams and individuals in their professional and personal development in times of change and orientation and helps them improve their communication, conflict management and negotiation skills. In her work she combines person-centred and systemic approaches, unleashing growth and creativity in individuals and teams.

What makes change successful? Here are some of the guiding principles of my work:
1. I believe in the client/ the organisation. I am confident that given helpful guidance, every human being, all teams and organisations already have within themselves what they need to bring about positive change and growth – in their own time and in their own individual ways. My confidence in the client is the foundation of what I do.
2. The interpersonal relationship is the key instrument of my work. This relationship starts with congruence or genuineness.
3. Some of the other important conditions for a working relationship in my view are empathy and unconditional positive regard. All human behaviour has a reason. My experience is: if the reason for a behaviour has been understood and not judged, then change becomes possible and sometimes it can come quite easily.
